Unione Fiduciaria was established in 1958 by eight Cooperative Banks (Banche Popolari). Over the following decades, additional banking entities joined and succeeded the original founding banks, shaping the present corporate structure.
The Company has demonstrated notable growth and broad diversification over the years, developing new wealth services alongside traditional fiduciary administration.
Most recently, Unione Fiduciaria has significantly expanded its current offerings allowing the company to make new cutting edge skills available to its Clients, including those of the specialized Top Client team, created to support and guide families in optimizing, planning and protecting family and corporate assets.
Unione Fiduciaria also provides a wide range of organizational, administrative and IT services intended for companies, banks, asset management companies, SIMs, fiduciary companies, trust companies and other intermediaries. Unione Fiduciaria provides advisory services on Bank of Italy, Consob, Italian 231 law and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
